Tutorial - Modeling a Cup headed sq. neck bolt in SolidWorks?

Step 1:
Start SolidWorks in Part mode.

Step 2:
Top plane>>Sketch.

Step 3:
Draw a circle of 22mm dia.

Step 4:
Extrude it by 1.25mm.

Step 5:
Top face>>Sketch.

Step 6:
Draw a polygon circumscribed in a circle of 10mm dia.

Step 7:
Extrude it by 7.5mm.

Step 8:
Top face>>Sketch.

Step 9:
Draw a circle of 10mm dia tangent to the sides of the polygon.

Step 10:
Extruded cut. Draft enabled at 60º.

Step 11:
Top face>>Sketch.

Step 12:
Draw a circle of 10mm dia.

Step 13:
Extrude it by 50mm.

Step 14:
Front Plane>>Sketch.

Step 15:
Use arc tool and make this profile.

Step 16:
Draw a line at the center and trim it. Now close the profile.

Step 17:
Revolve it.

Step 18:
We have the part.
