Tutorial - Modeling support bracket in Creo Element/Pro aka Pro/Engineer Wildfire?

Here is the tutorial.
-
Step 1:
Sketch >> Top plane.
-
Step 2:
Draw a rectangle of 200mmx250mm.
-
Step 3:
Extrude it by 10mm.
-
Step 4:
Sketch >> Front surface.
-
Step 5:
Draw a rectangle of 160mmx10mm at 40mm to top edge.
-
Step 6:
Extrude it by 120mm.
-
Step 7:
Offset the right plane by 65mm.
-
Step 8:
Sketch >> DTM1.
-
Step 9:
Take the Edges references.
-
Step 10:
Draw lines like this.
-
Step 11:
Exit the sketch. Insert >> Rib >> Profile rib.
-
Step 12:
Change the rib direction towards Right plane and thickness be 10mm.
-
Step 13:
Now we have one rib. We have to create the same on the other side.
-
Step 14:
Select the rib feature and then goto Edit >> Mirror.
-
Step 15:
Select the right plane as the mirror plane and click OK.
-
Step 16:
We have both ribs created.
-
Step 17:
Sketch and the front Surface of the extrude1.
-
Step 18:
Draw four holes of 14mm dia at 20mm to the corresponding edges.
-
Step 19:
Extrude cut it through all.
-
Step 20:
Sketch >> Top face of the Extrude2.
-
Step 21:
Draw two circles of 14mm dia on the vertical axis at 28mm to the corresponding edges.
-
Step 22:
Extrude them with remove material.
-
Step 23:
Now we have bracket model. In next tutorial we will study the Analaysis on this part.
-
Step 24:
In the next tutorial we will study the effect of force on this bracket in Mechanica.
