Membuat Core-Cavity Matras Mainan Bola Tek Tek

Kali ini kita latihan membuat atau memisahkan core dan cavity untuk mainan bola tek tek atau lato. Dimana pada dua video sebelumnya kita sudah membuat gambar bola tek tek dan tuasnya. Kemudian perintah yg digunakan untuk membuat matras ini adalah dengan "subtract" pada fitur 'combine'. Dalam membuat matras ini, setidaknya perlu memperhatikan langkah-langkah berikut ini: 1. Menentukan jumlah cavity produk 2. Jarak antar cavity 3. Menentukan posisi lubang pin balik (return pin) 4. Diameter guide pin 5. Outline dimensi dari core cavity yang meliputi tebal, lebar dan panjang matras. Selamat mencoba dan semoga bermanfaat! I am not that comfortable with Unigraphics, but i could help you with Creo parameteric(Latest version of Pro E), I took a simple component to explain the procedure but it needs a good understanding of moulding process to become a real expert in Core Cavity split. should understand the concepts of different parting surfaces. Dont worry! it is not a rocket science ,
