To prepare 2D drawings, 3D modeling using SOLIDWORKS, checking drawings using 3D Tool, preparation of PQCT's ,OPS, Inspection Standards, Comprehensive Reports and all the related work in Product Development of new & existing parts of different clients including Atlas Honda, Hino Pak, Honda Atlas Car, Pak Suzuki & Yamaha Pak Motors.

a) Time Study of Cab Metal Shop, Paint Shop, Trim Line, Main Line, Welding Shop for Trucks, Buses & Cars. b) Layout Design of Trim Line, Main Line & Welding Shop on AutoCAD 2021. c) To improve efficient work & reduce wasteful moments. d) Identified & suggested rectifications for Bottlenecks to improve Production Capacity. e) Established Time Standards of Stations for Line Balancing.

I was doing job at Crown Group as Trainee Engineer in their R&D Department where my job duties are: a) Designing of components through reverse engineering b) Making drawings of those components c) Performing their simulations to check whether material will fail or not d) Making Bill of Material (BOM) f) PDI of three wheeler Loader e) Vendor coordination g) Checking quality of parts from the vendor and reporting to quality department.

Visited different departments of the industry to get insight of how a corporate industry works and how the departments are interlinked. Basic motive was the awareness of the environment of the industry & procedures of manufacturing different automotive parts. i.e. radiators, muffler & exhaust assembly, sheet metal components, radiators cores etc.
