Information Management Officer (IMO) 847th Human Resource Company, Balad, Iraq (USAR Mobilization) Active Duty 2009 to 2010 Performed duties as an assigned Information Management Officer within the 847th HR company. Responsible for creating, disabling, and deleting NIPRNET and SIPRNET accounts, provided support for 5 FOBs (Forward Operating Base's) that were under the 847th including accounts and technical support, traveling to and from via convoys. Volunteered at Tobyhanna (TYAD) for four to six hours a day to support their short staffed computer maintenance facility. Provided technical support repairing dsktop and laptop computers; replacing motherboards, hard drives, power supplies, and DVD R/W drives; upgrading, base-lining, troubleshooting, and repairing monitors. Took and avoided indirect and direct fire on a daily basis.

Engineering, and design of rubber and steel track's for construction equipment using Solidworks including locating manufacture's for lowest cost, but not excluding quality of castings, bearings, seals, weldments, cutting, painting, hydraulic hose, and steel hose assemblies. Creating prints for machinist's, using turret lathes, CNC programmed vertical mills, weldments, steel and rubber hose assemblies, Castings, rubber tracks, from “Prototype to Production”. Achieved in certifying the company’s products to European conformance (CE) which boosted overall sales. Created illustrations, and worked with patent lawyers for patents on the company’s products. also was Enginnerings PDMWorks Admin. In June of 2009 I was informed during my deployment in support of OIF that my job was terminated due to the fact that Terex was closing our branch.

Technical Writer responsible for Owners Manuals, Parts Catalogs, Service Manuals, Technical Service Bulletins (TSB’s) Used Pro/E to model parts and completely exploded assemblies. Updated dealer interface (GEM Connect). Overseen pricing of all parts sold to dealers and customers.

April 1998 to October 1999 Mechanical Designer and Senior Technical Writer. Used CAD software I-Deas to model parts and complete exploded assemblies.

Design Engineer for diesel component parts. Responsibilities: Designing, CAD, R&D, Quality Control, Diesel Component Installations, Prototype Design, writing of procedures, Technical writing of installation manuals, conducting troubleshooting software and hardware problems, developing standard and procedures per ISO9000 standards for the Engineering Department, and Production floor.
