Information Management Officer (IMO) 847th Human Resource Company, Balad, Iraq (USAR Mobilization) Active Duty 2009 to 2010 Performed duties as an assigned Information Management Officer within the 847th HR company. Responsible for creating, disabling, and deleting NIPRNET and SIPRNET accounts, provided support for 5 FOBs (Forward Operating Base's) that were under the 847th including accounts and technical support, traveling to and from via convoys. Volunteered at Tobyhanna (TYAD) for four to six hours a day to support their short staffed computer maintenance facility. Provided technical support repairing dsktop and laptop computers; replacing motherboards, hard drives, power supplies, and DVD R/W drives; upgrading, base-lining, troubleshooting, and repairing monitors. Took and avoided indirect and direct fire on a daily basis.

Creating prints for machinist's, using turret lathes, CNC programmed vertical mills, weldments, steel and rubber hose assemblies, Castings, rubber tracks, from “Prototype to Production”. Achieved in certifying the company’s products to European conformance (CE) which boosted overall sales. Created illustrations, and worked with patent lawyers for patents on the company’s products. also was Enginnerings PDMWorks Admin. In June of 2009 I was informed during my deployment in support of OIF that my job was terminated due to the fact that Terex was closing our branch.
