Step 1: Sketch the Knife in 2D
First, we need to sketch the 2D model as shown above with the exact size

Step 2: Extrude the Knife and fillet the edge
After that, we extrude the knife 1.60 mm, and right after we can fillet the edge for 0.50 mm, 0.25 mm, and 0.15 mm.

Step 3: Sketch some circle to hole the knife
After the knife is extruded, we must sketch on the knife surface a circle with the size shown above.
After that, we can extrude the knife to make some hole with the condition; flipped, through all, and cut.

Step 4: Make some half hole on the knife surface
After the knife has been holed, we need to make a half hole in the knife surface by sketching an object as shown above.
After that, we extrude the object with the condition flipped and cut.
After that, we must fillet the edge of the object with a 0.05 mm radius and after that, the Knife 1 is done!
