Tutorial - Modeling Fork (Universal Joint) in SolidWorks?

Here is the tutorial.

1. Step 1:

   Select top plane and then click Reference geometry >> plane.
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Offset the top plane by 83mm.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Again offset the top plane by 83mm in opposite direction.
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Plane1>>Sketch.
   

   

5. Step 5:

   Draw this profile.
   

   

6. Step 6:

   Extrude it in downward direction by 28mm.
   

   

7. Step 7:

   Mirror this body about top plane. Uncheck Merge solids.
   

   

8. Step 8:

   Front face >> Sketch.
   

   

9. Step 9:

   Draw a rectangle with center at origin and coincident to the corners.
   

   

10. Step 10:

    Extrude it in backward direction by 32mm.
    

    

11. Step 11:

    Top face>>Sketch.
    

    

12. Step 12:

    Draw two lines.
    

    

13. Step 13:

    Extrude surface by length larger than fork height.
    

    

14. Step 14:

    Cut with surface.
    

    

15. Step 15:

    Select the right surface and direction be outwards the part. Click OK.
    

    

16. Step 16:

    Repeat the same step for other side and hide the surfaces.
    

    

17. Step 17:

    Front face>>Sketch.
    

    

18. Step 18:

    Draw two circles of 88mm and 50mm dia.
    

    

19. Step 19:

    Extrude it by 58mm.
    

    

20. Step 20:

    Front face>>Sketch.
    

    

21. Step 21:

    Draw this rectangle of 12mmx4mm.
    

    

22. Step 22:

    Extrude cut it by 58mm.
    

    

23. Step 23:

    We have the fork.
