Robotic Tank Tread Assembly- Fusion 360 Tutorial (Tracked Robot Part 2)

#Fusion360 #Fusion360Tutorial #AutodeskFusion360 Buy this chain: https://amzn.to/3f2FZEl In this series, we will design and develop a tracked, tank-like mobile robot optimized for use on sand and in desert environments. The modeling of the treads, custom sprocket, idler rollers and 3D printed suspension system will be shown in great detail. We will first create the chain links themselves and the tread pieces, then pattern them along the shape of the loop. Once we finish this, we will create the custom sprocket and motor connection followed by the idler spindle and finally the suspension system. In the end, we can mirror our entire assembly to the other side to create the right side tread. Working on only one side at a time makes it easier on our computers and allows us to work faster with less lag-time.

Intro to Dynamic Simulation CATIA 3DX [Part 1]

4 0 Beginner
Hello 3DExperience Fans :) I took a 3-month break from YouTube to get fresh new ideas and now I am back to provide you new videos and tutorial for 3DExperience! Today's video is an introduction to Dynamic Simulation on CATIA 3DExperience R2020x. In first part we will talk about friction coefficient in contacts. First you will learn how to create a mechanism, add weight and create contacts between component. Then you will create a dynamic scenario in Mechanical Systems Experience. You will be able to create a gravity excitation and compute the dynamic simulation. The case of the simulation is a cube sliding on a ramp. You can play with the angle of the ramp and the friction coefficient to obtain different results in the dynamic simulation. Enjoy and remember to stay home! Hope this video will be helpful for you to learn more about 3DExperience :D Find the model on this GrabCad link Please Like, Comment, Share and Subscribe ;)

[Video] Mechanism Animation - CATIA 3DXP R19x

2 1 Beginner
Hello Everyone, Several subscribers asked me to create a video about Mechanism in CATIA 3DExperience, so this is the topic in that new tutorial!!! You will learn how to assemble parts together using engineering connections and then you will learn how to animate a mechanism. The assemble is a Double Cardan mounted on a gear and a prismatic. You will see how to create these engineering connections and add a command to control them. After the assembly phase, you will create a mechanism and manually move the different commands. Finally, you will create a mechanism simulation and link different motors to the command. Once the simulation is run, you can replay the animation and generate some plot, traces and swept volumes of parts. Find the models on these GrabCad links: - https://grabcad.com/library/double-cardan-to-mount-1 - https://grabcad.com/library/double-cardan-mounted-1 Please Like, Comment, Share and Subscribe ;) Inspired by @cad.gif on instagram https://www.instagram.com/cad.gif/?hl=fr Youtube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/thang010146
