Collar- Knuckle Joint Part 1

Learn, how to draft Collar, a part of Knuckle Joint, by using Creo Parametric.

1. Step 1: Sketch-1

   Select the plane and click on sketch.

   Draw 2 concentric circles of 30mm and 45mm diameter.

   

   Click on 'OK'.

   
   

   
   

   
   

2. Step 2: Extrude-1

   Click on 'Extrude'.

   Extrude the sketch by 15mm.

   

   Click on 'OK'.

   
   

3. Step 3: New Plane

   Select the right plane and click on 'Plane'.

   Create a new plane 30mm away from the selected plane in either direction.

   

   Click on 'OK'.

   
   

   
   

4. Step 4: Sketch-2

   Select the newly created plane and click on 'Sketch'.

   Select 'Circle' and draw a circle of 6mm daimeter.

   

   Click on 'OK'.

5. Step 5: Remove Material-1

   Click on 'Extrude'.

   Extrude the sketch by 60mm and enter the taper value of 0.018mm.

   

   Click on 'OK'.
